23-01-069G2023-09-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Certain 2023MY G80 Electrified (RG3 EV) and 2023-24MY GV60 (JW1 EV), vehicles may have a condition where low 12V auxiliary battery charging occurs due to an ICCU (Integrated Charge Control Unit) fault and may set the following DTC P1A9096 – “DC/DC Converter Input Voltage Sensor Fault”. When a fault occurs, the vehicle may enter a reduced power mode while various warning lights, an audible chime will sound, and large messaging in the vehicle’s instrument cluster will appear, instructing the driver to stop the vehicle. The vehicle will be inspected for a DTC P1A9096 and may require either an ICCU software update or ICCU replacement and fuse replacement.
23-BE-005G2023-08-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. OTA is intended to be performed by the customer within the vehicle. Only if OTA fails, proceed with the GDS Manual Update outlined within this TSB. This procedure updates the software related to the Identity Authentication Unit (IAU) for GV60 vehicles to update the Google Pixel Key feature, enhance facial recognition and enhance door unlock response.

It may address an intermittent stops charging condition or the following EV Light On DTC condition: DTC P1ABD00 – Battery Charger Coupler Temperature Too High
23-BD-007H2023-05-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Hyundai applies a Paint Protection Film (PPF) on new vehicles before delivery to dealerships. It provides a barrier between the paint and contaminants, such as rail dust, acid rain, and industrial fallout. In rare cases, the paint can become clouded under the PPF. These spots are the result of moisture trapped between the PPF and the paint.
23-01-025G2023-05-02. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR. This bulletin provides information related to the Integrated Electric Brake (IEB) software update for GV60 (JW1) vehicles to revise the brake assist reverse torque logic of the rear wheels when DTC “C126802 – Circuit Leak Fail” occurs.

This bulletin provides information regarding condensation related to the accumulated moisture in the headlamp, rear combination lamp, daytime running lamp (DRL), or fog lamp.
