Service bulletins for the 2024 Forest River Rockport
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 512056 | 2026-05-18. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. According to FORD Recall # 26S24, 26V204: "One or both of your vehicle’s windshield wiper arms may become stripped or damaged. An improperly functioning wiper arm may impair driver vision, increasing the risk of a crash." |

| 512054 | 2026-05-18. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. According to FORD Recall 26C10/26V104: "It is possible that the trailer module (TRM) may lose communication at vehicle start-up. If a TRM loss of communication occurs and a trailer is connected to the vehicle, trailer stop lamps and turn signal indicators will not function. Additionally, for trailers equipped with electronic trailer brakes, the trailer brakes will not function. This loss of communication can occur with-or-without a trailer connected to the vehicle and can only initiate at vehicle start-up. If this occurs, a “Trailer Brake Module Fault” notification will pop-up on the vehicle’s instrument panel cluster." |
| 511952F | 2025-11-25. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY/WIPER. According to Ford Recall 25V315/25S49: "The infotainment screen may freeze followed by a black screen and a system reboot. If this occurs during a backing event, the rear-view image may be frozen, missing, or delayed. A frozen rear-view camera display image while in reverse can reduce the driver’s view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash." |
| 511964 | 2025-09-26. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; SERVICE BRAKES. According to General Motors/Chevrolet recall N242842680: "The brake pressure sensor assembly may allow brake fluid to leak beyond the diaphragm seal into the brake pressure switch. As a safety precaution, General Motors recommends that you park your vehicle outside until the remedy can be performed. The brake fluid may seep into the sensor assembly electrical components and short the brake pressure switch and associated fuse. If brake fluid shorts the brake pressure switch and the associated fuse, the circuit can generate excessive heat that could result in a fire, increasing the risk of injury. An under hood fire may occur when the vehicle is off and possibly unattended." |
| 511967 | 2025-09-26. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. According to Ford recall 25V442 / 25S72: "On your vehicle, it may be possible an error in the SYNC software can cause SYNC system instability concerns and/or a failure to preserve certain settings across ignition cycles. This may result in an intermittent blank image while in reverse or rear-view image remaining on display after reverse driving has ended. Other non-safety related symptoms may be present such as a black infotainment screen, incorrect language setting, and/or potential inability to perform software updates. A rear-view camera that intermittently displays a blank image while in reverse can reduce the driver’s view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. A rear-view camera that remains on after the backing event has ended can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash." |
| 511958 | 2025-09-26. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ENGINE. According to Ford recall 25S75 / 25V455: "On your vehicle, it is possible to have a loss of fuel pressure and flow from the fuel tank due to fuel pump failure. This can cause a lack of fuel delivery to the engine and result in an engine stall while driving. Prior to fuel pump failure, you may experience poor engine performance (misfiring or running rough), a check engine light, or a reduction in engine power. Fuel pump failure is more likely to occur under low fuel or warm weather and hot fuel conditions in the fuel tank. An engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash." |
| 511952 | 2025-08-18. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. According to Ford Recall 25V315: "The infotainment screen may freeze followed by a black screen and a system reboot. If this occurs during a backing event, the rear-view image may be frozen, missing, or delayed. A frozen rear-view camera display image while in reverse can reduce the driver’s view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash." |
| 511946 | 2025-08-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY/WIPER. According to FCA recall 25V330: "The Security Gateway Module (SGW) on your vehicle may prevent some communication between vehicle modules, which may result in the rearview image not displaying in a backing event. The vehicle operator may notice that the rearview image is not displayed if attempting to reference the image while backing. A rearview camera image that does not display reduces the driver's visibility of what is behind the vehicle and if not heeded, increases the risk of a crash." |
