The heavy-duty nature of the Lippert torsion suspension system (3500-4400 lb. torsion axle depending on model) combined with the Cooper Discoverer LT215/85R16E tires can create a rough and irregular ride during ?On Road? highway use when the trailer is not adequately loaded. The suspension/tire combination was designed for off-road use, with high cargo capacity. When the unit is not under 50%+ load and used on the highway, the increased tire pressure and heavy duty suspension could affect the ride quality significantly resulting in cosmetic damage to the interior. |
