Service bulletins for the 2018 Forest River No Boundaries
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 511086 | 2020-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. The P-Trap swivel fitting may crack during normal use, potentially allowing water to leak, which may lead to premature degradation of any non-water resistant components. |

| 770905 | 2018-12-17. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. The heavy-duty nature of the Lippert torsion suspension system (3500-4400 lb. torsion axle depending on model) combined with the Cooper Discoverer LT215/85R16E tires can create a rough and irregular ride during ?On Road? highway use when the trailer is not adequately loaded. The suspension/tire combination was designed for off-road use, with high cargo capacity. When the unit is not under 50%+ load and used on the highway, the increased tire pressure and heavy duty suspension could affect the ride quality significantly resulting in cosmetic damage to the interior. |
| 510780 | 2018-10-15. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER. Per the service bulletin from Dometic ?Dometic Corporation has identified a visual cosmetic defect that has occurred on our Dometic DM2652 refrigerators up in the freezer compartment. This does NOT occur on all units, but may be present on units with serial numbers starting with MB between 805xxxxx and 820XXXXX. The visual cosmetic defect in no way affects the performance, operation, safety, or function of the refrigerator and does not represent a non-compliance issue to one or more of the FMVSS standards or result in a risk of personal injury, death, vehicle crash, or property damage.? |
| 770622 | 2018-03-13. Service bulletin. ENGINE. The manufacturing plant installed the winterization valve on the pressure side (vehicle side) of the water pump. The winterization valve should have been connected to the intake/suction side of the water pump. If the waterlines and water using components are not appropriately winterized from freezing, the components and waterlines may crack, break, etc. potentially voiding the component manufactures warranty. |
