20262112026-04-28. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the pivot bolts in the height adjuster assembly for the front seats may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the bolt(s) could loosen and detach. If this happens, the seat(s) could move in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Action: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the height-adjust link(s) and pivot bolts.
20261902026-04-15. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the wiring for the sun visors may not have been manufactured and/or installed properly. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the sun visor wiring harness. The dealer will also update the body control module software.
20260792026-02-20. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem with the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may cause the trailer lights not to work when towing. This problem could also cause the trailer brakes not to work on certain vehicles. Note: This problem would cause a "Trailer brake module fault" message to be displayed and turn signal telltale to flash rapidly. This recall also affects certain Super Duty incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the ITRM software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.
20260052026-01-09. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the engine block heater could leak coolant. If this happens, the block heater could short circuit when it's plugged in. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-554. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair. Safety Risk: A short circuit can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises you not to use the engine block heater until the recall repairs have been completed. Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the block heater. Alternatively, owners can choose to have the dealership permanently disable the engine block heater.

Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install a protective shield for the side curtain airbags.
20252602025-05-09. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display or to freeze when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the SYNC software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.

As a result, a second repair is required. When using the key fob "global close" feature to close the windows, a software problem could cause the window automatic reversal system not to work. If this happens, a window may not stop and retract after detecting an object. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: A window that closes with too much force could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the driver and passenger door module software.
