Service bulletins for the 2026 Ford F-150

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

TSB 26-22632026-06-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. This bulletin supersedes 26-2112. Reason For Update: add 2026 model year vehicles, update LV fluid XT-10-QLVC and CXT-10-LV6 description to add "Transfer Case Fluid 4WD Only", and update Step 4 to inspect/replace 7H351 and 7B177 outside of this article. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: - No upshift past second gear - Unable to achieve third gear ratio - Illuminated MIL with DTCs P0757 and P2701 This may be due to a damaged one-way clutch (OWC).
SSM 548242026-05-19. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2026 F-150 Raptor R vehicles may experience an intermittent extended crank condition when starting the vehicle with no powertrain related diagnostics trouble codes (DTC) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This condition will not prevent the vehicle from starting. This may be due to the software in the PCM. This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by the end of Q3 2026. Replacement or reprogramming of the PCM will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

If a vehicle exhibits this concern, click on the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS Vehicle ID screen (vehicle identification number ÝVIN¨ required) and fill out the form. Do not use the "Report A Problem"
PCM-26.10 F-1502026-05-16. Over-the-air update. POWER TRAIN. Emissions recall 26E03 -Powertrain Control Module update to improve emissions control capabilities
SSM 547192026-04-10. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. For 20212026 vehicles equipped with the 10R80 transmission, a new Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test has been introduced in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). This test utilizes the pressure and vacuum transducer (PVT) when available. When referred to a specific clutch (A-F) test by a pinpoint test in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing, the Clutch Assembly tests have been updated with a hyperlink to the new Transmission Line Pressure Test - Pressure Vacuum Transducer (PVT) Is Available procedure in WSM, Section 307-01 > General Procedures. This procedure provides instructions to perform the FDRS Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test when applicable. The new test improves the accuracy of detecting leaks within transmission fluid circuits and replaces the previous air check method. The previous air check procedure has been shown to produce a high rate of false positives, which may lead to unnecessary repairs when no actual leak is present. Accordingly, the air check procedure is not to be used for diagnosing internal transmission hydraulic leaks or as justification
SSM 547142026-04-10. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2026 F-150 PowerBoost vehicles may exhibit an illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2884, P2885 and/or P2886 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01 > Automatic Transmission - 10 Speed Automatic Transmission - 10R80 MHT > Diagnosis and Testing > DTC Chart and Pinpoint Tests - 3.5L V6 PowerBoost (CN) > Pinpoint Test J: Engine Disconnect Clutch has been updated to address this condition.
SSM 546742026-04-06. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. For 2021-2026 vehicles equipped with the 10R80 transmission, a new Transmission Clutch Circuit Leak Test has been introduced in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). This test utilizes the pressure and vacuum transducer (PVT) when available. The Workshop Manual (WSM) has been updated under Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing to include this procedure. The new test improves the accuracy of detecting leaks within transmission fluid circuits and replaces the previous air check method.
SSM 546562026-03-18. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. Some 2025-2026 F-150 vehicles built on 01-Oct-2025 and through 15-Dec-2025 may exhibit a "Check 4x4" message with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2002:9E stored in the all terrain control module (ATCM). This may be due to the 4L switch being stuck on due to excess material on the lower center instrument panel trim panel keeping the switch depressed. To correct the condition, replace the lower center instrument panel trim panel. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 412-00 > Removal and Installation > Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control Module for reference of all hidden fasteners. For claiming, use causal part 15042C74 and labor operation MT15042C74SSM up to 1.3 hours.
SSM 545922026-02-27. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. For 20172026 vehicles equipped with a 10R transmission, a revision to the Road Testing Vehicle procedure has been made in the WSM, located in Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing. This updated procedure improves the diagnosis of customer reported transmission concerns and aids in locating the proper root cause. During diagnosis and testing, details regarding whether the condition is more prevalent when the vehicle is hot or cold, throttle percentage at the time of occurrence, vehicle speed, the specific shift involved, and whether the issue occurs during transmission engagements (N>R, N>D, R>D, or D>R) should be noted. Engineering requests including these detailed operating conditions that will significantly assist with root cause analysis. Diagnosis, testing, and repair should use established labor times outside this article.
SSM 545212026-02-04. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2026 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine and 2025-2026 F-150 Raptor vehicles equipped with a 5.2L or 3.5L engine may exhibit a lack of power while in transport mode and up to 1 hour after exiting transport mode. This may be due to these vehicles having a feature to limit power and top speed in transport mode. This feature automatically disables after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour, then cycling the ignition status to key OFF for at least 10 seconds and then starting the vehicle. Top speed may be limited to as low as 40 mph (65 km/h) and maximum acceleration is reduced. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnostics or service is required for this condition. If this condition persists after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour and cycling the ignition, refer to the Workshop Manual for normal diagnostics.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
