| 24B26 | 2024-10-03. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. In all of the affected vehicles, the transmission sun gear bearing was incorrectly installed and may cause premature failure of the transmission. |
| TSB 24-2193 | 2024-09-24. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2024 Escape vehicles equipped with a HF45 transmission may exhibit an illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with DTC P07E6 stored in the inverter system controller SOBDMC, the GSM will display a flashing P on the dial, the P on the instrument cluster is not illuminated, and the vehicle will be stuck in the park (P) position. |
| TSB 24-2246 | 2024-08-19. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2024 Escape vehicles built on or before 10-Jun-2024 and equipped with 1.5L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0496 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM. |
| TSB 24-2139 | 2024-06-03. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2020-2024 Escape and Corsair Vehicle equipped with the 8F35 or the HF45 transmission may exhibit a click or ting noise during acceleration from a stop, or in some cases during the end of a stop event. This may be due to the front half shaft sticking to the wheel bearing surface. To correct this condition, perform the Service Procedure below to lubricate the halfshaft and wheel bearing hub assembly mating surface. |
| SSM 52419 | 2024-04-24. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2024 Escape/Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L or 2.0L EcoBoost engine, 2024 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine, and 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an engine misfire condition with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0301, P0302, P0303 and/or P0304 set in the powertrain control module (PCM). If the codes are stored in the PCM, remove and inspect the condition of all the spark plugs. If any spark plugs appear to be damaged, use a borescope to inspect the condition of the cylinder walls. If the cylinder walls are scored/scraped/damaged, replace the long block engine assembly (6006) to resolve this condition. If the cylinder walls are not scored/scraped/damaged, replace the damaged spark plug(s) and advise the customer that engineering is investigating this issue. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |

This may be due to an inadequate gap between the driveshaft and the heat shield. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to diagnose and position the heat shield away from the driveshaft. |
| SSM 52314 | 2024-03-20. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. During service and repair requiring removal and replacement of a crankshaft bolt and/or crankshaft damper, achieving proper torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt is critical. Incorrect torque may allow the bolt to loosen resulting in the timing gear breaking and engine damage. Replacement of the bolt is critical to the repair and accurately following the installation procedure in the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 303-01 is extremely important. The bolt torque procedure can be found in the crankshaft front seal removal and installation procedure or in the engine assembly procedure. |
