Flash: Hands Free Module Customer Satisfaction Enhancements This Bulletin involves performing a USB service flash of the Hands Free Module (HFM). The customer satisfaction enhancements are included with this software release:After the HFM has been updated it will receive these enhancements. Reduced ?Device Reading? wait time after connecting a device to the remote USB port. Call / Dial separation improves upon names being recognized as phone numbers. Improved sound quality during Bluetooth streaming. Increased iPod and iPhone compatibility. SMS messaging support via MAP protocol (not all phones support the MAP protocol). Added ?None of These? and ?Correction? to the phone book prompt menu for better handling of similar names. Previous button will return the song currently being played to the beginning of the track. AirPlay feature ?Dock Connector? no longer needs to be manually selected on Apple devices. This will resolve the ?No Audio? condition when the device is connected to the remote USB port and dock connector is not selected.USB mode resume will no longer 'resume' after ignition OFF

Digital photos loaded onto the hard drive intermittently get lost (RBZ & RHB). CD/DVD will not play (RHB only). Navigation accept screen will not clear (RHB only). Navigation shows ?acquiring signal? for an extended period of time (RHB only). New navigation graphics (RHB only).

EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. 82212076, 82203694 - Fabric Cleaner This "fabric cleaner" is not intended for sale in California, the otc states (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington dc), and some ladco states (Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~

Erratic alternate frequency switching (International only). Bluetooth phone muting during European traffic announcement (International only). Lost channel presets, home addresses, address book entries & Travel Link favorites. Not able to change default country and state then route. Unable to load .jpeg files onto hard drive to display on touch screen. Vehicle with Start/Stop feature, the screen will go black when the engine turns off at a stop. (International only). Incomplete Travel Link temperature displayed when the temperature is over 100F. Example, if the temperature is 107F the screen will display 07. (Domestic U.S. only).
