Customers may experience one of the following:Unpleasant odor in the vehicle after driving from highway speed limits back downto city speed limits. The left temperature door is inoperable(2014-2018 Vehicles Only). Updating the HVAC software will correct these conditions.

RADIO, MULTI Media For RA3 and RA4 8.4? radio concern of reoccurring update request pop-up on each key cycle after a radio FOTA (Firmware Update Over the Air) has been completed, please DO NOT replace the radio. To recover the radio, 12v power needs to be disconnect from the radio to clear radio memory either by removal of the radio fuse or preforming a battery disconnect. Note: Fuse removal is the preferred method. The radio needs to be disconnected from power long enough to clear memory and discharge the Capacitance within the radio. Please refer to the latest in diagnostics for further information.

If attempting to replace the display (ICS), do not order a radio part number. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. 82212076, 82203694 - Fabric Cleaner This "fabric cleaner" is not intended for sale in California, the otc states (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington dc), and some ladco states (Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio). Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~

MY16 RA3 & RA4 Replacement Radios All MY16 RA3 and RA4 replacement radios must be ordered through the exchange process at United Radio. DO NOT order a NEW radio from Mopar. Go back and order a "Z" level part number. (example: Z8249986A$) The MY16 replacement radios must be reconfigured by United Radio to the wireless network provider in order for Uconnect Apps to work properly.
08-016-162017-10-13. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL; STEERING: STEERING WHEEL/HANDLE BAR. Flash: Heated Steering Wheel Temperature Enhancement Depending on vehicle architecture: This bulletin involves updating the Comfort Seat and Wheel Module (CSWM) software for the KL/UF vehicles or the Heated Seat Module (HSM) software for the **W3**/WK/WD/LD/LA & LX vehicles. A customer may describe that the heated steering wheel shuts off to soon, usually after 30 seconds and does not achieve satisfactory temperature. This is an intermittent condition and more noticeable at temps below 19.5°C (67.1°F).
