Upon further investigation SYMPTOM: the technician must find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ● P0A0A-00 - High Voltage System Interlock Circuit. IMPORTANT! ○ **This DTC must be Stored in the BPCM. ○ If the DTC is Active, this TSB does not apply. Perform normal diagnostics.** Customers **must** also comment on the following: ● The vehicle will not start, both propulsion systems (gas and electric), are inoperable. NOTE: **The 12 volt system is still operable however after some time, the vehicle will allow propulsion again with MIL on and DTC P0A0A-00 Stored.** This bulletin involves reprogramming the BPCM with the latest available software.

Prior to that, a warning message will appear in the cluster informing them to stop safely because the vehicle will be shutting down soon. After shutting down, the vehicle may not be able to start again. Failure may occur between driving cycles and may not start after trying to turn it on for the first time during a day. , LOP, and Repair Procedure.
