This will allow service technicians to repair the root cause without over repairing the system. Replace only the part deemed failed by the diagnostics performed. Individual parts include: - Compressor - Valve block - Individual hoses - Temp sensor - Shield - Air line clips NOTE: in most situations when a new compressor is needed, the compressor as a separate part is the correct repair, and the assembly would not be required.

Customers may experience one of the following:Unpleasant odor in the vehicle after driving from highway speed limits back downto city speed limits. The left temperature door is inoperable(2014-2018 Vehicles Only). Updating the HVAC software will correct these conditions.

RADIO, MULTI Media For RA3 and RA4 8.4? radio concern of reoccurring update request pop-up on each key cycle after a radio FOTA (Firmware Update Over the Air) has been completed, please DO NOT replace the radio. To recover the radio, 12v power needs to be disconnect from the radio to clear radio memory either by removal of the radio fuse or preforming a battery disconnect. Note: Fuse removal is the preferred method. The radio needs to be disconnected from power long enough to clear memory and discharge the Capacitance within the radio. Please refer to the latest in diagnostics for further information.

Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set in the TCM memory: P1DB8-00 - Unintended Torque Applied While In Neutral. U1424-00 - Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received.In addition to the above DTCs, this software release also includes: Improved transmission shifting during a limp mode.

A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) set in the PCM memory: U1424-00 - Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received.In addition to the above DTC, this software release also includes: Update Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) relation to the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor to fix ?Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) pedal follower test? within wiTECH which is not functional on some vehicles. Normal engine running throttle control is not impacted by this update. Improved transmission shifting during a limp mode.
90036962018-06-11. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR. Door Hinge Assembly Side door hinge noisy. Only replace the door hinge with the integral check device. Do not replace the simple hinge if it is not damaged it is not the source of the noise. Replacing it unnecessary and is an over-repair.
