90041442019-12-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. RADIO, MULTI Media For RA3 and RA4 8.4? radio concern of reoccurring update request pop-up on each key cycle after a radio FOTA (Firmware Update Over the Air) has been completed, please DO NOT replace the radio. To recover the radio, 12v power needs to be disconnect from the radio to clear radio memory either by removal of the radio fuse or preforming a battery disconnect. Note: Fuse removal is the preferred method. The radio needs to be disconnected from power long enough to clear memory and discharge the Capacitance within the radio. Please refer to the latest in diagnostics for further information.

CONDENSER, Air Conditioning If it is determined that the A/C compressor does not engage due to a refrigerant leak at the receiver/drier plug on the A/C condenser, order the receiver/drier plug kit P/N 68447796A$ and follow the repair instructions included on the instruction sheet.

90036962018-06-11. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR. Door Hinge Assembly Side door hinge noisy. Only replace the door hinge with the integral check device. Do not replace the simple hinge if it is not damaged it is not the source of the noise. Replacing it unnecessary and is an over-repair.

90037492018-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:RADIO/TAPE DECK/CD ETC.. RA2 Radio 5" Uconnect Before replacing this radio, make sure you can reproduce the customer issue. If the radio is locked up, has a blank screen, or no sound, please perform a vehicle battery reset. If radio functionality is resumed, return the vehicle to the customer. If there are any questions or concerns or the vehicle has been in for repair for the same radio concern more than once, please call Rick Gordon at Cell (248) 630- 6281. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
90033572018-06-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. 90034132018-06-04. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL. Accelerator Pedal Before replacing accelerator pedal, be sure to follow fault code diagnostic procedures in service manual. Make sure to check wiring and connectors. P2122 and P2127 will set if accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis. Make sure codes are active before replacing pedal. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform this inspection: Check if float sensor is rotated off location from the bottle anti-rotation features that surround the SENSOR.
