Do not replace the button assembly for this concern. Inspect the connections at the 20 way connector between the integrated center stack and the display. If no concern is found replaced the radio display.

LOOSE SPARK PLUG WIRES CAN CAUSE A MISFIRE CONDITION RESULTING IN P0300 DTC BEING SET WITH MIL (“SERVICE ENGINE SOON” LIGHT). CONTINUED OPERATION WITH THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER."
