Recalls that may apply to the 2016 CAN-AM Spyder

A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
22V3520002022-05-18. POWER TRAIN:MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Can-Am Spyder F3 and RT motorcycles. The front sprocket may be defective and prematurely wear, resulting in a loss of drive power.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20222582022-05-18. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the front sprocket for the drive belt could wear prematurely. Over time, this could result in a loss of power to the rear wheel. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the rear wheel could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: BRP will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership for an interim repair. Once replacement parts are available, you will need to return to the dealership to replace the front sprocket for the drive belt.
20163532016-07-07. Accessories. Certain "Coast to Coast" passenger seats sold as an accessory for 2015 and 2016 Spyder F3 vehicles may contain a defect. The seat may cause the presence of a passenger to fail to be detected by the vehicle, affecting the function of the vehicle stability control. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners of affected seats should immediately stop using them and return to their dealer for a refund.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
