B6404222024-03-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM. An interference noise (groaning noise) can be heard from within the heating and air-conditioning unit in thecenter of the instrument panel. The groaning noise always occurs when either a ventilation flap, air stratification flap or the recirculated airflap moves to a different position. Due to the complex design of the heating and air-conditioning unit, the kinematics causing it (top or bottom,left or right) may not be able to be precisely located. Depending on the vehicle model, the number of servomotors (and the associated kinematics unit) varies.Various models use either 2 or 3 servomotors.

Excessive friction on the pivoting mechanism of the side view mirror hinge.

The exterior rearview mirror glass is discolored or cracked. The power windows and folding mirrors may not operate.
B6123152019-12-16. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER. Low Washer Fluid Warning Light is illuminated when the Washer Fluid Tank is Full : The low washer fluid warning is illuminated even though the washer fluid reservoir is full. There are no faults stored in the system for the washer fluid level switch. A non-approved washer fluid was used that is silicone-based. Silicone-based fluids are not compatible with the contactless capacitive level sensor. Fluids that contain a silicone additive are normally colored other than blue.
B6119192019-11-18. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. WINDOWS WON'T OPERATE WITH DOORS OPEN, AND WHILE USING THE DIGITAL KEY/CARD. The customer complains that none of the windows will operate while any door is open. This only happens when the BMW Digital Key (Smart Phone) or Key Card are placed on the wireless charging tray in the center console.
B6627192019-08-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY; LANE DEPARTURE: WARNING. LANE CHANGE WARNING: LIGHT ON EXTERIOR MIRROR NO LONGER WORKS. The Lane Change Warning (LCW) light on either one or on both of the exterior (side view) mirrors no longer illuminates. This also activates a CCM for "Driver Assistance system restricted" to be displayed in the CID. Faulty exterior mirror glass or wire connection.
