| 2010229 | 2010-07-14. Powertrain. On certain motorcycles, the chain roll pin roller (between the fuel tank and the top chain run) could break. If fragments become lodged between the chain and pinion, it could cause the rear wheel to lock, which could result in a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the bracket of the top chain take-up roller. |

| 2007405 | 2007-12-13. Suspension. Certain motorcycles may have been assembled using an incorrect retaining clip in the rear wheel assembly. This circlip can rub against the spacer bushing, causing metal shavings to penetrate the wheel bearing. Should the wheel bearing fail, it could cause the rear wheel to suddenly lock-up. This, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash, causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect the retaining circlip. If the wrong circlip was installed, the spacing bushing, both wheel bearings, the circlip and both shaft sealing rings will be replaced. |

| 2007331 | 2007-10-11. Fuel System. On certain motorcycles, the fuel pump wiring harness may not have been manufactured according to specification. As a result, the contact in the plug for the fuel pump can break, causing the pump to fail. Should this happen, fuel delivery to the engine would cease and stalling would occur. Engine stalling would result in lost propulsion which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the wiring harness. |
| 2007323 | 2007-10-05. Other. On certain motorcycles, the left-side chain tensioner has been incorrectly installed on the right side. As a result, a hex nut, which is used to secure the chain tensioner, is improperly seated against the tensioner. Consequently, loosening of the chain tensioner and the rear wheel axle may occur. This could lead to a condition in which the motorcycle is unstable, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will install a new right side chain tensioner. |
