07V3680002007-08-15. STEERING: STEERING WHEEL/HANDLE BAR. ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE CLAMPING BLOCKS AND THE TOP FORK BRIDGE WERE NOT MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS. CONSEQUENTLY, THE HANDLEBARS MIGHT NOT BE HELD SECURELY IN POSITION.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20072722007-08-27. Steering. On certain motorcycles, the clamping blocks and top fork bridge were not manufactured according to specifications. Consequently, the handlebars might not be held securely in position. As a result, the handlebars may move out of their correct position when the motorcycle is being maneuvered, or when it is being ridden. This could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the top fork bridge and both clamping blocks.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
