BMW AG has issued a Delivery Stop (effective October 25, 2021) on certain Model Year 2022 BMW vehicles that were produced after October 25, 2021. Due to supply chain limitations, certain vehicles were produced without a CID with touch function and and without Reversing Assistant.

Customer is unable to power up or charge accessories through a plug adapter inserted in the front 12-volt power socket plug. B6624192022-10-31. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. Vehicle cannot be opened or closed using comfort access, engine start is not possible, and the vehicle may not start when placing the key against the steering column.

SIB3601222022-07-18. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING; TIRES; EQUIPMENT. The customer finds an indication in themyBMWapp that the tires need service due to wear. Even afterreplacing the tires, the tire service indicator is still present in the myBMW app.
SIB6107222022-07-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. Check Control Message (CCM) displays "Vehicle key missing" after engine start.

B4102222022-05-16. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. The trunk floor carpet is wet, primarily on the left side.

The customer finds an indication in the â??myBMWâ? app that the tires need service due to wear. Even after replacing the tires, the tire service indicator is still present in the myBMW app.
B6615192022-05-16. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; LANE DEPARTURE; STEERING. The steering intervention for Lane Departure Warning (LDW) is too strong (severe), which can create an uncomfortable feeling for the driver. Background: Steering intervention helps keep the vehicle in the lane if the system detects that a lane marking has been crossed. The steering intervention can be noticed on the steering wheel and can be manually overridden at any time.
B8409172022-01-24. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. While using the wireless charger, one or both of the following may occur: 1) The BMW display key or mobile phone becomes hot to the touch. 2) The device switches off due to over temperature (built-in device protection).
B8406212022-01-24. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; COMMUNICATION:MANUFACTURER TELEMATICS; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The SIM card installed in the telematics control unit (ATM2) connects to different mobile providers' networks. However, due to a missing parameter, this does not work and can cause disruption in BMW ConnectedDrive services in areas with insufficient network coverage.
