Service info: Paint Damage/Anomalies | All Models Customer statement / workshop findings: In rare instances the customer and/or retailer may identify visual damage/anomalies in the paint finish during or post pre-delivery inspection. These may include: • Uneven sheen or texture • Patchy or blotchy appearance • Inconsistent under lighting • Staining, discolouration, or surface blemishes
2082981/12026-10-07. Service campaign. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STRUCTURE:BODY. Software Update | Trailer Assist | Bentayga | 25MY & 26MY (SC26/19). Technical background: A software update is now available to address a potential concern for vehicles fitted with an authorised towbar. The software update intends to update relevant control modules to fix this potential concern. In affected vehicles, customers may be presented with the message "Trailer reverse assist: currently unavailable" on the MMI, preventing access to Trailer Assist functionality.
2080529/12026-02-04. Service campaign. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Handbook addendum - New Right-to-Repair legislation for Canada (SC25 /50). Canada introduced new Right-to-Repair legislation on 5th October 2025, which requires a new note to customers advising the following: “Bentley does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services and information necessary to maintain and repair a vehicle” For all Canada specification vehicles, a new addendum has been developed (see the attached examples) which must be installed at the front of the Owner’s handbook.

Technical background: Due to an unforeseen supply quality issue from the component provider, certain vehicles have been delivered without the optional Jewel Oil Filler Cap. This part is a customer-paid option, and in order to avoid further delays and inconvenience to our customers, these vehicles were supplied with the standard Oil Filler Cap in place of the Jewel version. This condition has no impact on vehicle performance, safety, or engine operation. However, the part may not meet the expected visual or branding standards defined for final vehicle presentation, and may therefore fall short of customer delivery expectations.

Technical background Certain vehicles were delivered with a standard steering wheel instead of indented steering wheel option. This issue does not affect vehicle safety or performance, but may fall short of customer expectations regarding interior specification and branding.

Technical background: A Software update is required for Plug-in Hybrid vehicles built prior to BIL 7.1 This update must be applied to update the vehicles on board charger (OBC). Diagnostic address (00C6).
2078053/22025-07-08. Service campaign. STRUCTURE:BODY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Incorrect Spec Puddle Lamps Fitted | Bentayga Series | 25MY (SC25/27). The vehicles in the attached VIN list have been manufactured with the incorrect specification of puddle lamp fitted to all doors – it is therefore necessary to fit the correct specification part to these vehicles.

2077847/12025-07-01. Service campaign. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. OBC Charging Efficiency MIL SW Update (NAR Only) | Bentayga (Hybrid) | 25MY. A Software update is required for Plug-in Hybrid vehicles built prior to BIL 7.1 This update must be applied to update the vehicles on board charger (OBC). Diagnostic address (00C6). The update resolves the potential triggering of the following fault: • "Control unit defective" error 0x100200 low_power_efficiency (TI=B200000) is registered in the OBC. Repeated occurrences of the identified error will result in MiL illumination.
2077529/22025-06-05. Service campaign. SEATS; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Seat Fans Inoperative | All Models | 17-25MY. Condition: Customer may report that the seat ventilation system is not functioning with no airflow from the seat ventilation ducts.
2077217/12025-05-05. Service campaign. WHEELS. Incorrect wheel bolt cap kits (SC25/06). Technical background: On all affected vehicles the wheel bolt cover cap kit supplied in the dealer kit bag for specific BY636 25MY vehicles (wheel style dependant) do not fit the wheel bolts. Testing found that the cap kit 8w0.600.026.E was unsuitable and the caps do not fit on to the bolt. To fix this Bentley has reverted to current cap kit 36A.600.026.B.
