Service bulletins for the 2014 Audi Q7
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 26 13 20 2026757 | 2022-05-31. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. An AdBlue message may appear in the instrument cluster either because there is a fault in the emission control system or because the system needs to be refilled. The AdBlue message displayed may vary depending on the model year of the vehicle. |
| 23 14 31 2038105 | 2022-05-31. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. Production tolerances in intake hose can cause amplification of normal turbocharger noises. Customer states excessive turbocharger resonance or intake air noises during acceleration. The concern can be reproduced at approximately 30% throttle loading and medium RPM. |
| A9022582059335_3 | 2022-05-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. This bulletin contains information on noises from the instrument cluster installation area. |

| A462230203418120 | 2022-05-05. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. This technical service bulletin provides troubleshooting for brake noise. |
| 37 14 30 2003658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC):CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. Customer states that the engine returns to idle speed of approximately 1,400 RPM although the accelerator is depressed, and/or the vehicle hesitates (lacks power on take-off). |
| 37 14 21 2036826 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Diagnostic threshold setting in current software is too sensitive. The following message appears in the information display: ?Gearbox malfunction: You can continue driving.? New software in the TCM addresses the condition. |
| 37 13 19 2036113 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:GEARS. The Park position of the gear shifter is sporadically not recognized, which causes the ignition key to not be cleared and prevents the vehicle from being locked. |
| 37 13 09 2028715 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:GEARS. After a mechatronics, torque converter, or complete gearbox replacement, the clutches must be adapted to the new component. This requires a gradual move of the clutch linings toward the optimal operating points in the most diverse load conditions. As a result, sporadic driving power disruptions lasting for less than a second or reduced shift comfort are possible over the first 500 miles. This is normal, and these issues will decrease over time. The issues can also occur if the adaptation values of the gearbox were deleted. |
| 37 13 07 2033658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who consciously or unconsciously drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. As a result, application of the brake and accelerator pedals at the same time (brake pedal with left foot and accelerator pedal with right foot) results in the following: ? Brake pedal function (normal at all times) overrides any throttle application. ? Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will not be stored. ? When the brake pedal is applied while the accelerator is depressed, engine RPMs will return to idle speeds of 1400 RPMs after approximately two seconds. ? When the accelerator is applied while the brake pedal is depressed, the vehicle accelerates slower than usual (reduced engine torque). |
| 27 14 24 2025360 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This TSB provides basic diagnosis steps for discharged batteries, general tips for working with batteries, and system verification steps to ensure that the vehicle is configured correctly. For additional information on known current draw issues, refer to the following TSBs: ? 2014127: 27 Battery dead or low after returning to the vehicle (2007 A6, A8, Q7) ? 2019143: 27 Battery discharged on some vehicles with Advanced Key (2005 - 2008 A6, Q7) |
| 27 13 18 2023282 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. Battery testing and charging for vehicles equipped with a Battery Data Manager (BDM - J367). When the InCharge 940 is used as a battery charger in auto mode, it performs a battery condition test and may prematurely fail the battery if the charging takes place at the jumper posts in the engine compartment. This is due to the added resistance in the system between the battery and jumper posts. When the InCharge 940 is used as a battery charger in manual mode, the battery condition test is not performed. |
| 26 13 20 2026757 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. An AdBlue message may appear in the instrument cluster either because there is a fault in the emission control system or because the system needs to be refilled. The AdBlue message displayed may vary depending on the model year of the vehicle. |

Customer states excessive turbocharger resonance or intake air noises during acceleration. The concern can be reproduced at approximately 30% throttle loading and medium RPM. No intake leaks found. Production tolerances in intake hose can cause amplification of normal turbocharger noises. |
