Service bulletins for the 2010 Audi A5
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.
892 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

| 37 14 46 2025535 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. If the memory is read with guided fault finding (GFF) or if Immobilizer test plans are performed, the above DTC entries may be stored due to a communication error between the VAS tester and the TCM. (In particular, the issue happens with tester VAS 5051B). |
| 37 14 41 2025535 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. If the memory is read with guided fault finding (GFF) or if Immobilizer test plans are performed, the above DTC entries may be stored due to a communication error between the VAS tester and the TCM. (In particular, the issue happens with tester VAS 5051B). |
| 37 14 31 2013002 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:FLUID/LUBRICANT:SEALS/GASKETS. As the sump pan gasket settles, the torque of the bolts decreases and the seal may leak. Automatic transmission fluid is leaking at the sump pan gasket. |
| 37 14 30 2003658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC):CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. Customer states that the engine returns to idle speed of approximately 1,400 RPM although the accelerator is depressed, and/or the vehicle hesitates (lacks power on take-off). |
| 37 14 26 2025535 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); UNKNOWN OR OTHER. If the memory is read with guided fault finding (GFF) or if Immobilizer test plans are performed, the above DTC entries may be stored due to a communication error between the VAS tester and the TCM. (In particular, the issue happens with tester VAS 5051B). |
| 37 14 23 2028472 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:SWITCH; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. The ignition key cannot be removed even though the gear shifter is in Park (P). The vehicle is mechanically in the Park position, but this is not recognized electronically. The gear shifter cannot be moved from the Park position. On vehicles with Audi advanced key, the vehicle cannot be locked by remote control after the engine has been switched off.The Park position of the gear shifter is sporadically not recognized, which causes the ignition key to not be cleared and prevents the vehicle from being locked. |
| 37 13 09 2028715 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:GEARS. After a mechatronics, torque converter, or complete gearbox replacement, the clutches must be adapted to the new component. This requires a gradual move of the clutch linings toward the optimal operating points in the most diverse load conditions. As a result, sporadic driving power disruptions lasting for less than a second or reduced shift comfort are possible over the first 500 miles. This is normal, and these issues will decrease over time. The issues can also occur if the adaptation values of the gearbox were deleted. |
