The exterior door handle touch sensors (Advanced key) are inoperative on one or several doors. The key blade can be used mechanically (driver door or trunk) or remote electrically (key remote buttons) to unlock and lock the vehicle.

The door cannot be opened from outside with the outer door handle, but it can be opened with the inner handle. The complaint is often described as follows: The customer locks the vehicle and checks by pulling the door handle whether the vehicle is locked. When opening the vehicle again, the door cannot be opened. It feels as if the handle is slack.

Moisture in the driver or front passenger foot well. Due to a faulty and / or incorrectly installed condensation drain hose, condensation from the evaporator could enter the front foot well areas through a gap between the body and the sealing surface of the drain hose.
Update Bulletin2017-11-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM(GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM); EQUIPMENT; STRUCTURE. The Google Maps Street View software was not available for early model year 2013 production. This Update is in effect until removed. Procedure is valid only for vehicles that show the 91I8 code in the ElsaWeb Campaign/Action Information screen on the day of repair. Vehicle must be within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Procedure must be performed within the allotted time frame stated in this Technical Service Bulletin. Procedure must be performed on applicable vehicles in dealer inventory prior to sale. On some Audi vehicles produced within a specific period the Google Maps Street View software was not available.

The outer door seals have become partially detached. Loss of adhesion between the door structure and door seal due to a flaw in the attachment process in production.

Update Bulletin2017-11-08. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Due to a process fault, the gearbox was filled with ATF fluid containing sulphur on Audi vehicles with multritronic manufactured within a specific period. As a result, a copper sulphide layer may form on the conductor tracks of the gearbox control unit and cause electrical faults. This Update is in effect until removed. Procedure is valid only for vehicles that show the 37H5 code in the Elsa Campaign/Action Information screen on the day of repair. Vehicle must be within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Procedure must be performed within the allotted time frame stated in this Technical Service Bulletin. Procedure must be performed on applicable vehicles in dealer inventory prior to sale. A391414 2028902-2017-11-08. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 39 number 12-12 dated June 12, 2012. A squealing, howling, or whistling noise may be heard coming from under the vehicle. The condition is typically noticed when the vehicle is cold and is moving at speeds of 5 - 60 mph. The noise is from the intermediate bearing of the propeller shaft.
