Any new or used units in dealer stock must be repaired per bulletin 14-036, Noncompliance Recall: TLX Certification Label prior to sale. Refer to your eResponsibility report or VIN inquiry to determine which units in your inventory are affected. American Honda Motor Co. expects to begin customer notification in late October 2014.

Service bulletin - When a vehicle passes behind the 2015 TLX, the Cross-Traffic Monitoring (CTM) alert does not sound. The display screen shows the CTM indicators (orange arrows) only. The current combination meter unit software does not enable the audible alert for CTM.

To swiftly clear the in-stock inventories AHM personnel will be traveling (beginning Tuesday December 16th), market to market to swiftly inspect and clear these units (or discover the need for repair in certain cases). To clear as many dealership's inventories as quickly as possible we are requesting 100% compliance with these pre-inspection steps.
