Dealer message - We are happy to announce the team now has a validated inspection procedure for clearing (and repairing if needed) these vehicles. We will be working over the weekend to mature and train on this procedure. As soon as next week we plan to have teams in markets inspecting and clearing dealer inventories. Specifics will be communicated as soon as they are available.

SB-16-011 03232	2021-05-14. Service bulletin. BACKGROUND On the Monroney label, the bumper compliance statement is missing. Do an iN VIN status inquiry to make sure the vehicle is shown as eligible. Vehicles affected by this campaign may be in your new vehicle inventory. Repair these vehicles before they are sold. No action is needed on vehicles that have been sold. CORRECTIVE ACTION Attach the Monroney update label to the window area next to the Monroney label.
SB-15-042	2021-05-13. Service bulletin. SYMPTOM There is a fluttering noise from behind the dashboard with the HVAC set to floor or defrost mode, the blower set to maximum, and the temperature set to maximum heat. POSSIBLE CAUSE Under certain HVAC settings, the defrost damper door linkage can flutter. This can be initially triggered by an external impact, such as driving over a pot hole or down a rough road.

DLR-16-011	2021-05-07. Service bulletin. Basic Problem American Honda had a computer programming issue; an obsolete program name causing printing of no bumper impact information on the Monroney label for the state of Hawaii. The Repair All vehicles affected and with the error on the Monroney label in dealer stock shall receive an additional sticker to be placed next to the Monroney label. The sticker includes the bumper impact compliance information required by Hawaii law.
