Service bulletin SSM 52006
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2024 Mustang vehicles may exhibit an inoperative air conditioning (a/c) system. Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B3A1B and/or P0534 may be set within the powertrain control module (PCM). This condition is currently under investigation by engineering. For vehicles that meet this criteria, submit a Report a Vehicle Concern (if no help is needed) or a submit a Technical Support Request (if help is needed). In the report, include as much information as possible about the vehicle symptom including high and low side a/c system pressures, a/c pressure transducer PID readings, the amount of refrigerant that was recovered from the vehicle (only if refrigerant recovery was required), and anything else found during the diagnosis that would be helpful to the investigation. Attach screen shots, images and/or videos that will help show what was found. As a reminder, the Technician Awards Program is active and will continue through Nov 18, 2023. With this program, every Report a Vehicle Concern submitted by a technician or shop foreman may receive additional compensation received through obtaining AwardHQ Points.

| SSM 55061 | 2026-08-04. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2026 Mustang vehicles built on or before 23-Apr-2026 may exhibit a sagging headliner appearance at the door openings which show the raw headliner edge untucked from the door glass run. An updated door glass run has been released for service (Left Side:PR3Z-6321597-B, Right side:PR3Z-6321596-B). Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-05. |

| TSB 25-2386 | 2025-09-03. Service bulletin. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model Statement above may exhibit a quarter glass rubber moulding that is rolled over or folded in. This may be due to the installation of the quarter glass assembly. |
| SSM 54067 | 2025-07-30. Service bulletin. For 2018-2024 Edge and 2018-2025 Mustang vehicles, if diagnostics lead to the sun visor as the causal part, a new lower level part is available (DS7Z-9904132-A). It is not necessary to replace the sun visor assembly if only the clip is damaged. |
| SSM 52476 | 2024-05-03. Service bulletin. All accessory stick-on keyless entry keypads come with a wallet card containing the master code. If the accessory keypad was factory installed, this card will be placed in the glove box and should be handed to the vehicles owner during initial delivery. Unlike the integrated (wired) factory keypad, the accessory keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is lost, follow these steps to recover the code. Dealer Key Code access is granted through the Dealer Program Enrollment System (DPES); dealership management can authorize users. The authorized user must go to FMCDealer.com > Parts and Service > Parts Product Line Information > Keys/Entry Devices > Aftermarket Keyless Entry Keypad Code Access. Follow the instructions on the screen to obtain the master code for the accessory keypad. |
| SSM 52449 | 2024-05-03. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles equipped with a mid-series instrument panel cluster display screen (minor feature code HCAAT) may exhibit a crack on the lower left-hand corner of the IPC display screen. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS) website. This crack will be internal and cannot be felt. If the crack cannot be felt, this is a warrantable condition and the IPC display screen must be replaced. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 413-01. For claiming, use causal part 10D885 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |
| TSB 24-2090 | 2024-04-04. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles may exhibit water entry into the front foot wells. This may be due to a missed body sealer application at the factory. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to apply additional body sealer. |
| SSM 52367 | 2024-04-04. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles built on or before 12-Jan-2024 and equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine may exhibit an inoperative air conditioning system (A/C). This may be due to a refrigerant leak coming from the receiver/drier upper cap on the condenser. If a refrigerant leak is suspected, inspect the receiver/drier upper cap on the condenser for a refrigerant leak. If a refrigerant leak is found, replace the receiver/drier cap and desiccant bag following the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 412-00. For claiming, use causal part number 19C836 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. If the receiver/drier upper cap is not leaking, continue with normal diagnostics found in the WSM, Section 412-00. |
| TSB 23-2434 | 2024-02-06. Service bulletin. This article supersedes TSB 23-2302 to update the Service Procedure and Parts List. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles built on or before 04-Dec-2023 may exhibit a condition where the rear bumper cover has poor fitment and/or excessive body gap where it meets the quarter panel. This may be due to incorrect installation and/or poor attachment to the bumper support bracket. |
| SSM 52026 | 2023-11-04. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles may exhibit an illuminated MIL with DTC P059F stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to a loose and/or detached vane on the active grille shutter from the factory. To correct this concern, replace the active grille shutter. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-02 Front End Body Panels > Removal and Installation > Active Grille Shutter. For claiming, use causal part 8475 and applicable labor times in Section 12 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |
| SSM 52007 | 2023-11-03. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before 12-Oct-2023 may exhibit an inoperative air conditioning system (A/C). This may be due to a refrigerant leak coming from the receiver/drier upper cap on the condenser. If a refrigerant leak is suspected, inspect the receiver/drier upper cap on the condenser for a refrigerant leak and repair as necessary using causal part number 19712 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. If the receiver/drier upper cap is not leaking, continue with normal diagnostics found in the Workshop Manual, Section 412-00. |
