| SA-061-26 | 2026-10-01. Service bulletin. DESCRIPTION Use this guide before ordering or replacing an AT component on applicable H3T vehicles. QUICK CHECKLIST BEFORE ORDERING Confirm the vehicle is a CX-90 (KK) or CX-70 (KJ) with H3T and is within the applicable market coverage. • In GEPC, identify the AT component part number for the vehicle. • Use the GEPC lookup tables below to determine whether the vehicle requires Table A or Table B parts. • Order the complete set of parts listed in the applicable table. DO NOT order the AT component by itself. • Check whether water hose removal is required for that GEPC part number. • Follow the applicable WSM repair procedure for AT component removal/installation, water hose removal, and oil hose/oil pipe installation in MGSS. • IMPORTANT: If only the AT component is ordered, required replacement parts will be missing, and the repair cannot be completed. |

| 09-027-26 | 2026-10-01. Service bulletin. DESCRIPTION Some CX-70 and CX-90 PHEV vehicles may fail to start (enter READY mode) in cold weather, but the vehicle can often be started successfully on the next attempt. This may occur when leakage current between connector terminals causes the MAIN Relay to be falsely detected as ON. As a result, the Battery ECU may incorrectly determine the relay status, preventing READY mode activation and resulting in a no-start condition. One or more of the following DTCs may be stored: P0AB9, U0100, U0110, and U0115 and multiple warning lights may also turn on. This is caused by corrosion of the connector terminals on the 3002-411 connector in the luggage compartment from water. To eliminate this concern, urethane has been added around the connector to help prevent water from reaching the connector terminals. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Diagnose and repair the vehicle according to the following steps. NOTE: The following procedure uses a heat shrink tube with solder. (1) Connect wire to wire with heat shrink tube. (2) Form a loop at the end of wire to create a passage for the other wire. |

| SA-048-26 | 2026-09-04. Service bulletin. Some vehicle may exhibit the CHECK ENGINE light on with DTC P0524 (Engine oil pressure control system: Oil pressure decrease) and no abnormal engine noise. This may be caused by a malfunction of the oil pressure control valve (located at the rear of the engine block near the oil filter) due to machining contamination inside the electromagnet sleeve and the solenoid plunger remaining during manufacturing. This contamination is affecting the OCV operation when oil pressure control is requested by the PCM. REPAIR PROCEDURE Perform the WSM inspection for P0524. |
| 09-023-26 | 2026-09-02. Service bulletin. DESCRIPTION Some customers may complain that the Adaptive LED Headlights (ALH) aim upward for several seconds just before the vehicle comes to a stop during nighttime driving. This is caused by improper control logic of the ALH. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the ALH has been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Reprogram the ALH with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic And Repair Software (MDARS). Refer to MDARS ECU Reprogramming Procedure. |
| 01-010-26 | 2026-09-02. Service bulletin. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red text. 01-012/22 10/06/22 DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit accumulation of dried coolant (1) around the water pipe (2). This is caused by a gap between the housing and pipe due to a press fitting during the manufacturing process. The accumulated coolant is solidified and plugs the gap in high temperature environment and the seepage is stopped and does not progress. This is normal and does not require a part replacement, clean off the dried coolant from around the pipe with a wire brush. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. If the above condition is experienced, remove the accumulated coolant around the pipe (1) with a wire brush etc. NOTE: Perform the procedure on the vehicle. No need to remove the water pipe and hoses. |
