This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning system discharge temperature to vary from side to side when the set temperature is set to the same value. Dealer should communicate to the customer this condition is a normal operating characteristic of their vehicle.
