Service bulletin TT 00-13-02

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Tech Tips (Technician Helpline Vehicle Check Sheets): When it becomes necessary to open a VW Technician Helpline VTA case while performing diagnosis for a diesel particulate filter, manual transmission repair, or turbocharger concern, it is recommended to complete the related worksheet/check sheet before calling. This document informs where Worksheets/Check Sheets are available on ServiceNet.
