NAVIGATION SYSTEM REBOOTS WHEN SXM TRAFFIC IS ENABLED This bulletin applies only to vehicles located in the state of Oregon. IF YOU CONFIRM The Navigation system in an Applied Vehicle reboots when SXM Traffic is enabled. NOTE: Perform the steps in this bulletin ONLY if the above condition occurs while the vehicle is in the state of Oregon. ACTION Update the Navigation system software using the DVD shown on page 2.

IF YOU CONFIRM: The MIL is ON and one or both of the following DTCs are found stored in the ECM: - P0139 (heated oxygen sensor 2 (B1) circuit slow response) - P0159 (heated oxygen sensor 2 (B2) circuit slow response) ACTION: 1. Confirm this bulletin applies. - Compare the vehicle's current ECM part number to those listed in Table A (see page 4). 2. The announcement from December 7, 2016 has been revised to include: - The campaign repair has been revised to be software update only - Dealers must submit any open campaign claims for diagnosis or repair for CVT concerns no later than April 20, 2018 in order to have covered by this service campaign. After this date, all claims for diagnosis or repair related to CVT concerns on vehicles affected by PC500 will be administered under the Warranty Extension if still applicable

CVT Software Update/Warranty Extension Parts Update 2 *** Parts Update*** Campaign Bulletin NTB16-0120 has been revised to address a part change (in the event that parts are needed) and is now available on NNAnet, ASIST & Dealer360. o Valve Body Kit (3170E29X9C) will now include the Control Valve Assembly, Automatic Transmission Oil Strainer Assembly, Bracket, Band, Oil Pan Gasket, and Lip Seal. o The control valve assembly is only available in kit form, but the oil strainer assembly, bracket, band, oil pan gasket and lip seal will remain available for purchase separately. The previously announced restriction on remanufactured CVT assemblies will be lifted on March 24, 2017. Parts will be available for order via normal process after that date. Orders placed via DCS prior to that date will be filled.
