this technical bulletin provides a procedure to replace both the BCM and the HVAC control to correct a customer concern that the HVAC blower is inoperative or that the A/C button does not illuminate once pressed caused by contact in the HVAC control being weak, causing transient voltage on blower on/off PIN of the body control module (BCM) when operating blower knob rapidly
