Service bulletin 05-002-16-3129

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SA-070-172021-03-08. Service bulletin. If you receive a customer complaint of an engine oil warning light illuminating, with DTC P250A:00 stored in the PCM, it may be caused by overfilling the engine oil.
05-010-162021-02-01. Service bulletin. Shift shock while accelerating from A stop. Some customers may complain about a slight shift shock while accelerating from a stop and no A/T related DTC's are stored. The shift shock actually occurs intermittently at lock-up transition with the A/C on. Improperly learned values in the TCM for the lock-up slip control may cause excessive pressure for the lock-up clutch. To avoid improper learning, the control logic of the TCM has been changed. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
01-008-19-3568a2019-04-25. Service bulletin. Some customer using “Flexible” setting for Oil Change in the maintenance monitor may notice that the oil change due notification will not work due to improper control logic of the PCM. The PCM clears the TRAVELED DISTANCE at the wrong time while the ELAPSED DAYS and the DETERIORATION DETERMINATION work as designed. To correct this issue, the control logic of the PCM has been changed.
01-010-19-35822019-03-29. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may experience a lack of power and the check engine light on with DTC P61B:00 stored in the PCM memory when driving in high temperatures at high elevations. DTC P061B:00 - [PCM] Internal control module torque calculation performance problem. This concern may be caused by improper PCM control logic. The engine torque calculation error may increase in high temperatures at high elevations. To eliminate this concern, the PCM software has been modified.

Some customer using "Flexible" setting for Oil Change in the maintenance monitor may notice that the oil change due notification will not work due to improper control logic of the PCM. 01-009-17-3377a2018-02-26. Service bulletin. Some customers may experience a lack of power when driving. The master warning light or the check engine light turns on and DTC P130C:00 and U0401:00 (ABS) stored in memory. It occurs mostly at low temperatures. Once the ignition is turned off and on, the concern may disappear. NOTE: DTC P130C:00 may not be found upon M-MDS self test since this DTC is detected when the condition occurs in two drive cycles in a row. The PCM turns the master warning light on during the first drive cycle, then stores a pending DTC. The master warning light and check engine light come on in the second drive cycle as a confirmation of the DTC. The engine power is limited by the fail-safe function both in the first and second drive cycles. DTC P130C:00 - (Pre-ignition detected), DTC U0401:00- (ABS) (Signal error from PCM) Improper control logic of the PCM detects a normal operating noise as a knocking noise. To eliminate this concern, the control logic of the PCM has been changed.
