Service bulletin 01-008-19-3568a
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some customer using “Flexible” setting for Oil Change in the maintenance monitor may notice that the oil change due notification will not work due to improper control logic of the PCM. The PCM clears the TRAVELED DISTANCE at the wrong time while the ELAPSED DAYS and the DETERIORATION DETERMINATION work as designed. To correct this issue, the control logic of the PCM has been changed.

| 07-007-16 | 2021-02-01. Service bulletin. Air intake mode does not work after repair of rain sensor, FBCM, IC, PCM, or TCM. After performing any one of the following repairs, the air intake link at the blower unit may disengage and result in the HVAC systemnot switching between recirculation and fresh air modes. * Replacing rain sensor * Replacing front body control module (FBCM) * Replacing instrument cluster (IC) * Reprogramming any control unit (PCM, TCM, etc) - manual A/C only. This is caused by the air intake link in the blower unit not being sturdy enough for the actuator torque under fail safe fmode. Fail safe mode occurs when a communication error occurs between the A/C control unit and the humidity sensor. To c orrect this problem, the blower unit has been modified. |
| 01-010-19-3582 | 2019-03-29. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may experience a lack of power and the check engine light on with DTC P61B:00 stored in the PCM memory when driving in high temperatures at high elevations. DTC P061B:00 - [PCM] Internal control module torque calculation performance problem. This concern may be caused by improper PCM control logic. The engine torque calculation error may increase in high temperatures at high elevations. To eliminate this concern, the PCM software has been modified. |
| 01-008-19-3568 | 2019-03-11. Service bulletin. Some customer using "Flexible" setting for Oil Change in the maintenance monitor may notice that the oil change due notification will not work due to improper control logic of the PCM. The PCM clears the TRAVELED DISTANCE at the wrong time while the ELAPSED DAYS and the DETERIORATION DETERMINATION work as designed. To correct this issue, the control logic of the PCM has been changed. |
| 05-001-17-3309c | 2017-11-14. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit one or more of the following symptoms with the manual transmission. ? A grinding noise occurs when the transmission is shifted from 1st to 2nd and/or from 2nd to 3rd gear or in the neutral position with the engine idling. ? It is impossible to shift into 2nd and/or 3rd gear while there is no problem shifting into other gears. This may be caused by damage to 2nd and/or 3rd gears if the vehicle was driven with rapid acceleration and deceleration using frequent shift changes. To eliminate this concern, the configuration of the 2nd and 3rd gears has been changed to increase the rigidity. NOTE: Transmissions with the serial No. ?6TJ0701679? or higher are modified. |
| 05-003-17-3389 | 2017-11-14. Service bulletin. Some customers who drive at elevations higher than 3,300 ft (1,000 m) may complain of a shift shock felt when shifting into 3rd, 5th and/or Reverse with no AT related DTCs stored. The symptom can be temporarily repaired using the AT initial learning procedure, but may recur after multiple driving cycles. Applicable situations: Shifting up: 2-3 or 4-5, Shifting down: 4-3 or 6-5, NOTE: Shifting from 2-3 or 4-3 is more likely to be felt due to the gear ratio. Shifting into Reverse: D-R, N-Ror P-R, Improper control logic of the TCM may cause improper learning of R-3-5 brake engaging speed when the vehicle is driven at high elevations. To correct this issue, the control logic of the TCM has been modified. |
| SSPA1 | 2017-09-14. Service bulletin. Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to conduct a Special Service Program (SSP) on certain 2014 Mazda6 vehicles produced from November 8, 2012 through September 27, 2013. On certain 2014 Mazda6 vehicles, a concern has been identified with the software of the vehicle control module (VCM), which controls the Smart Brake Support (SBS) and Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC) features. When the vehicle is driven without stopping for a long time, it is possible that a zero-point of the radar sensor may be inappropriately aligned. Under this condition, the warning light will illuminate and the SBS and MRCC features will stop operating. Dealers are to reprogram the VCM with modified software. The repair must be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner. |
