"THIS BULLETIN DESCRIBES STEPS TO ACTIVATE THE GENESIS G90 WITH HARMAN PREMIUM 3.0 NAVIGATION RADIOS THAT HAVE BEEN DE-ACTIVATED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: H A CUSTOMER WHO INITIALLY WAIVES CONNECTED SERVICES ENROLLMENT, AND THEN DECIDES TO ENROLL AFTER PURCHASE OF VEHICLE. H A CUSTOMER WHO ALLOWS ALL PACKAGES OF THEIR CONNECTED SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION TO EXPIRE AND THEN WISHES TO RE-SUBSCRIBE TO CONNECTED SERVICES. H A CUSTOMER WHO DID NOT ENROLL IN CONNECTED SERVICES WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF OWNERSHIP (AT WHICH TIME THE DEVICE BECOMES INACTIVE), BUT THEN DECIDES TO ENROLL. H A SUBSEQUENT OWNER WHO WISHES TO ENROLL IN CONNECTED SERVICES. IF CONNECTED SERVICES IS DEACTIVATED, THE VERIZON ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED. A MANUAL ¡§SERVICE ACTIVATION¡¨ PROCESS FROM WITHIN THE VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO BE PERFORMED. PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS WITHIN THIS BULLETIN."

This condition can be eliminated by turning on the lamps with the engine running for several minutes, or during normal driving operation.
