"INCORRECT FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET THIS BULLETIN INVOLVES INSPECTING AND IF NECESSARY, REPLACING THE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET. THE VEHICLE MAY HAVE THE INCORRECT FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE MAY HAVE A BEEN SHIPPED WITH A LICENSE PLATE BRACKET KIT FOR A HIGH LINE FASCIA THAT WILL NOT FIT VEHICLES WITH A BASE LINE FASCIA."
