THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN PROVIDES A PROCEDURE TO RE-POSITION THE FRONT WIRING HARNESS AWAY FROM THE HORN TO CORRECT HORNS THAT ARE PERFORMING POORLY CAUSED BY THE WIRING HARNESS RESTING AGAINST THE HORN AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY CAUSING THEM NOT TO VIBRATE.
