The customer may experience one or more of the following conditions. Erratic alternate frequency switching (International only). Bluetooth phone muting during European traffic announcement (International only). Lost channel presets, home addresses, address book entries & Travel Link favorites. Not able to change default country and state then route. Unable to load .jpeg files onto hard drive to display on touch screen. Vehicle with Start/Stop feature, the screen will go black when the engine turns off at a stop. (International only). Incomplete Travel Link temperature displayed when the temperature is over 100F. A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions: No audio for incoming calls. Voice commands not available or acknowledged by the system.

Flash: Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves diagnosis and selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software or if necessary replacing the PCM based on the DIAGNOSIS. This new software once reprogrammed in the PCM will prevent the need to replace the PCM when the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) listed below occur as a pair. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the symptoms/conditions listed below or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs): Upon further investigation the Technician may find that any of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes have been set.
