What is wrong

On certain vehicles, there could be an electrical condition within the Occupant Restraint Control ("ORC") module. This may result in the airbag warning lamp illuminating, and the active head restraints not to deploy during certain rear impact collisions, which could increase the risk of injury to front seat occupants. Correction: Dealers will inspect the ORC part number and replace the ORC if necessary. Note: Vehicles that have been previously repaired with the updated ORC under recall 2016-448 will not require repairing under this recall campaign.

55111275A2022-09-26. Service bulletin. Sun Sensor Multi zone Auto Climate Control systems. Left and right outlet temperatures do not match when system is in "sync" . Occupants will experience being cold ( winter time), on either passenger or driver side, even though the temperature setting is the same. Root cause: Suspect sun senors ( PN 55111274AA and 55111275AA). THERE WILL BE NO DTC FOR THE SUN SENSOR active or stored. The issue is diagnosed by using an INCANDESCENT (not LED) shop lamp. Shine the shop lamp on the left side of the sensor, then on the right side of the sensor, while monitoring sensor output with STARSCAN. The reading should change from 0 (or near zero) to about 20 to 40. The important thing is that the left and right readings are the same, and that they change when the lamp is shone on it.
N02020720132022-07-25. Service bulletin. Advanced Field Action Communication ? N0202072013 Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) announced a safety recall on certain 2013 model year (JS) Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200 (sedan and convertible) vehicles equipped with the non-Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) fuel tank assembly. The above vehicles may experience fuel leakage at the rear of the vehicle and/or engine stall due to a fuel tank control valve that was damaged during the manufacturing process. Chrysler will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles to inspect the control valve located in the fuel tank. Vehicles found with a damaged control valve will have the fuel tank assembly and vapor canister replaced. Dealers will be notified of the launch of this safety recall by way of established methods when parts become available.

A bulletin is the manufacturer's note to its dealers. It is not part of this recall.
