What is wrong

On certain Vantage Mobility International wheelchair accessible vehicles built on Chrysler Pacifica platforms, the rear wheel brake lines may have been inverted during the conversion process. This could cause an incorrect application of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) under certain circumstances, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and re-route the brake lines as necessary.

(This is not a phantom wipe) and this single wipe is not seen when the rain sensitivity is decreased (from higher level to lower level) Light--> Steering column switch is in auto mode (sensor is active) block the light coming on the sensor from outside of the vehicle (use a opaque object), the head lamps should be activated 3.
