What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the drive belt material may cause abnormal pulley wear. If the vehicle is driven under this condition, the drive belt may become damaged from the worn pulley and detach, affecting electrical charging system and cooling system function and would illuminate the engine warning lamp(s) on the instrument panel. This could result in battery depletion and an overheated engine, resulting in a loss of motive power. Vehicles equipped with a hydraulic power steering system could also experience loss of power steering assist. These issues could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the drive belt, and the pulley will be replaced if it is found worn beyond a certain level.

TSB-13-13-0092020-04-24. Service bulletin. In cold weather, false MIL illumination may occur on some affected vehicles during turbocharger operation below 3,000 rpm engine speed, due to improper intake air volume judgement parameter. DTCs P1235 (2008-2010 vehicles) or P0068 (2011-2014 vehicles) - Boost/Air Flow Sensor Plausibility may be stored in the ECM. This TSB provides field fix procedures to reprogram the ECM with new software to address false MIL illumination with boost/air flow plausibility monitor DTCs P1235 (2008-2010 models) or P0068 (2011-2014 models) stored in memory.

TSB-13-13-0052020-03-18. Service bulletin. Some affected vehicles may display an illuminated Malfunction Indicator Lamp or be hard to start after being parked during sub−freezing weather. Nearby residual EGR gas freezes the Electronic Throttle Valve (ETV) at cold ambient temperatures (approximately 23 F / -5 C). The frozen throttle valve causes MIL illumination for P2100 detection. This TSB provides field fix information on hard-to-start engine conditions or DTC P2100 detection (P2100: Disconnection on throttle valve control servo circuit). New ECM software modifies the EGR intake air activation temperature to avoid freezing the ETV and false P2100 detection.
