20053202005-10-18. Fuel System. On certain vehicles fitted with optional in-cab batteries, fuel lines may contact the cab power harness, resulting in chafe damage that could present a fire hazard. Correction: Dealers will reroute and secure the fuel lines.
20021972002-11-01. Steering. The TRW tie rod and drag link ball stud ends contain bearings that are below the specified case depth and/or hardness. This can lead to premature wear out and a possible separation of the ball stud from the socket and loss of steering control. Correction: All affected tie rods and drag links with different design ends will be replaced.
19970921997-04-28. Steering. On certain trucks, the steering shaft may contact the top of the firewall adapter opening. Over time the adapter could wear a groove in the steering shaft and eventually cause the steering shaft to fail, resulting in loss of steering control and a possible crash. Correction: Firewall adapter plate will be modified on affected vehicles.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
