Tools are classified as mandatory because associated repairs and/or diagnostics cannot be completed properly without them.

TJ31602 9 3 20192019-09-23. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. The customer may report that the infotainment system in the vehicle re-starts or reboots intermittently while driving. When this happens the CCD and the center area of the DIM will go blank for a few moments and then start back up as if the vehicle has just been started up. The customer may also notice that the infotainment system is not responding as normal (ex.- long response time) just before this occurs. When the system reboots, some customer settings may change back to a previous setting (ex.- navi destination, climate settings, radio station, etc.)

Washing and cleaning products with a pH value below pH 3.5 and/or above pH 11.5 is not recommended as it can permanently discolour the side door, quarter glass trim moulding and roof rails, see attached pictures. Using chrome or metal polish on anodized aluminium parts, such as side door, quarter glass trim moulding and roof rails, is not recommended as it can discolour the part and destroy protective layers.

Service:Polishing with non-abrasive wax is allowed if pH value is within pH 3.5 and pH 11.5.
