From this condition one or more of the following symptoms are possible * Discharged Battery * No Start * Battery Indicator illuminated in Instrument Cluster * "Low Voltage" DTCs in various control modules * Engine noise * Accessory Drive Belt damaged or missing If a generator is replaced, there must be a confirmed failed GFF Test Plan available, or in the event of a mechanical failure of the component, complete and detailed documentation of the reason for the replacement, which must be submitted into the warranty claim comments. |
| V281303 2032116 | 2017-12-14. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Technical Bulletin (Cylinder Glow Plug issues): During the initial glow phase, after switching the ignition "On", the ECM performs a check of the glow plugs through the glow plug control module, to ensure the correct glow plugs are installed. If the engine is cranked during this check, lowering the system voltage, the ECM may receive an incorrect reading and set incorrect glow plug faults. A production solution is already being implemented for this issue. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available. |
| V371301 2033975 | 2017-12-14. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION; POWER TRAIN.
