06V2590002006-07-17. SUSPENSION:REAR. ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE REAR AXLE MAY CRACK OR BREAK AT THE RETAINING PLATE GROOVE ON THE RIGHT SIDE. Built 2005-02-11 to 2006-04-10.
06V0590002006-02-27. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS. CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS." THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN) DECAL LOCATED ON THE LEFT FRONT DOWN TUBE OF THE FRAME INCORRECTLY LISTS THE GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATING (GAWR) FOR THE FRONT AXLE AS 405 POUNDS. THE CORRECT GAWR FOR THE FRONT AXLE IS 390 POUNDS. Built to 2006-01-27.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20061752006-07-17. Suspension. On certain motorcycles, the material used for the rear axle may not be sufficient for the application. One of the retaining ears of the rear axle may break during the tightening procedure for the rear axle nut. If both retaining slots were to break off, the rear wheel assembly would not be properly secured. Correction: Dealers will replace the axle.
20061772006-07-07. Fuel System. On certain motorcycles, the fuel pump retaining clips contain a surface defect. This defect creates a stress riser and can cause the retaining clip to fail. When the clip fails, the fuel pump is allowed to separate from the fuel regulator resulting in a loss of fuel pressure. This loss of fuel pressure can cause the engine to quit running unexpectedly. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel pump retaining clip.
20060512006-03-03. Label. Certain motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 120. The VIN decal located on the left front down-tube of the motorcycle's frame incorrectly lists Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) for the front axle as 405 lb (184 kg). The correct GAWR for the front axle is 390 lb (177 kg). An overloaded front wheel could result in a tire blow out causing sudden loss of vehicle control and a crash. Correction: Owners will be provided with labels and installation instructions.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
