| 14V604000 | 2014-09-29. SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:LEAF SPRING ASSEMBLY:LEAF. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2005-2011 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner and 4x4 vehicles manufactured September 14, 2009, to October 11, 2010. In the affected vehicles, one of the leaf springs may fracture due to stress or corrosion. While being driven, the broken leaf could move out of position and contact surrounding components including the fuel tank, possibly puncturing the tank and causing a fuel leak. Built 2009-09-14 to 2010-12-06. |

| 2014420 | 2014-09-29. Suspension. On certain vehicles, the leaf springs in the rear suspension could fracture due to stress and corrosion. If this were to occur, the broken leaf could move out of position and contact surrounding components, including the fuel tank. If the broken leaf were to contact the fuel tank repeatedly, it could puncture the fuel tank. This could result in a fuel leak which, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear leaf spring assemblies with improved ones. |

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
