T-TT-0806-262026-08-12. Service bulletin. ENGINE. State of Health (SOH): An estimate of battery health that is updated as the vehicle learns from operating and charging conditions over time. Distance Since Last Update: Indicates the distance accumulated since the last SOH calculation. A default mileage value of 40,727 at SOH 100% may be displayed until sufficient vehicle learning is completed. Once SOH value updates from 100%, the Distance Since Last Update value will re-set to 0 miles. Both SOH and Distance Since Last Update values will continue to update as the vehicle continues to learn.
T-TT-0801-262026-05-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE. Some Customers for the above vehicles may have complaint of the following: unable to charge the vehicle using the supplied level 1 or 2 charger. Additionally, most will indicate one or more of the LEDs on the charger will illuminate at the time of no charge. Charging at other stations is still possible.
