A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

By component

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
26V0490002026-01-28. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:SWITCHES/KNOBS/BUTTONS; LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Prius Prime, 2023-2026 Prius, and 2025-2026 Prius Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. Water may enter the rear door switch and cause a short circuit, allowing an unlocked rear door to open unexpectedly. Built from 2024-12-26.
25V7440002025-10-30. BACK OVER PREVENTION:DISPLAY FUNCTION. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Solterra vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. Please see the recall report for a complete list of models. A software error may cause the rearview camera to freeze or display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility." Built 2022-10-12 to 2025-07-01.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20260342026-01-28. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, water could leak into the rear door handle(s) and cause the door opener switch(es) to short circuit. If this happens, the rear door(s) could open unexpectedly while driving. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-228. Vehicles repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: A door that opens while driving could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Toyota recommends that you enable the automatic door locking function through the vehicle's head unit. Toyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to modify the rear door switch circuits.
20255942025-10-30. Visual System. Issue: Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image to freeze or not to display. If this happens, the rearview image may not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a panoramic view monitor system. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the parking assist ECU software.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
