A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| T-SB-0056-18 | 2018-08-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TSB: Some 2017 ? 2018 model year Highlander Hybrid vehicles may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P3190 (Poor Engine Power). This may occur when operating the vehicle in high altitude and high temperature conditions. The engine control module/ECM (SAE Term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address these conditions. |

| T-TT-0442-17 | 2018-07-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TT: Safety Connect is a vehicle option which requires a subscription fee for the system to be active. The first year of service is provided in the vehicle purchase price. Once the subscription has expired the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) will be in an inactive state. In some instances, a DCM may need to be replaced even though the customer is not using the service. |
| T-TT-0441-17 | 2018-07-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER. TT: During previous air conditioning service, leakage prevention agent (A/C stop leak) may have been added to the A/C system. Adding stop leak products to the A/C system is not a recommended or approved Toyota repair process. During A/C service, moisture enters the A/C system, and can react with the previously added A/C stop leak, forming a gelatinous substance. The gel substance that forms can cause the A/C compressor to bind and or seize. |

May 08, 2018 Rev1: * Applicability has been updated to include 2019 model year Toyota vehicles. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. Hybrid vehicles are equipped with two types of batteries: * Hybrid Vehicle (HV) battery - Auxiliary (12V) battery If the hybrid vehicle is put into storage, the State-Of-Charge (SOC) of its HV battery and auxiliary battery will gradually decrease. To prevent the auxiliary battery from becoming discharged during storage, proper maintenance is necessary. Perform the following maintenance service for the HV battery and auxiliary battery. NOTE - BEFORE disconnecting the auxiliary battery, confirm the shift lever is in the "P" position and apply the parking brake completely. The shift lever CANNOT be shifted from the "P" position with the auxiliary battery disconnected. * If the negative (-) terminal of the auxiliary battery is reconnected, even if the power button is in the Start mode, the hybrid system may NOT start. In this case, push the Power button and select the Start mode again to start the hybrid system (the Ready light is ON). If the hybrid system still does NOT start (the Ready light is OFF), refer to the Repair Manual. |

| T-SB-0229-12_Rev | 2018-04-23. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TSB: REVISION NOTICE November 22, 2017 Rev1: ? Applicability has been updated to include 2014 ? 2018 model year vehicles. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. In the event that a Toyota vehicle becomes submerged in water, many components may be physically damaged. Electrical and electronic components, including wiring harnesses, are particularly susceptible to corrosion and subsequent malfunction. Although any flooding can be damaging, salt water flooding elevates the potential for abnormal conditions and may increase risks due to its highly corrosive and conductive nature. Salt residue also continues to corrode and remain conductive even after a vehicle dries. This bulletin is intended to assist with safe handling and inspection of flood damaged vehicles and to provide basic guidance on likely needed repairs. |

Some hazardous material treatment and handling regulations at the state and local level define the pre-disposal deployment of airbag and pre-tensioner assemblies as hazardous material treatment. Hazardous material treatment may require special training, certification or licensing in certain areas. TMS recommends that dealership personnel carefully review and follow ALL local and state regulations, and where necessary, contract with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Licensed Hazardous Waste Transportation and Disposal facilities. |

January 23, 2014 Rev1: ? Applicability has been updated to include 2013 ? 2014 model year vehicles. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. Toyota vehicles are equipped with either conventional or run-flat tires. Sometimes punctures may occur as a result of contact with road debris or other hazards. If a puncture occurs, it may be possible to repair the tire and return it to service. With a conventional tire it is not possible to drive for an extended amount of time with the tire at low pressures as damage to the tire may occur. With run-flat tires, due to reinforced sidewalls, it is possible to drive for up to 100 miles at speeds less than 55 mph with little or no damage to the tire. The U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association (UTSMA) provides guidelines and recommendations for tire repair and replacement. It also provides information related to: ? Basic tire information ? Tire maintenance and safety ? Driver education, tire safety curriculum. |
| T-SB-0009-18 | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. TSB: The purpose of this Service Bulletin is to elevate awareness and provide best practices for leather and synthetic leather care in Toyota vehicles. | T-SB-0001-18_Rev | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TSB: REVISION NOTICE February 02, 2018 Rev1: ? Applicability has been updated to include 2018 model year Sienna vehicles. ? The entire bulletin has been updated. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. When completing a transaxle assembly replacement, Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module [PCM]) replacement, or ECM (PCM) reprogram, ensure the correct ECM (PCM) software is matched with the transaxle assembly hardware. Some 2017 ? 2018 model year Highlander and Sienna vehicles require different ECM (PCM) software based on the transaxle assembly hardware installed in the vehicle. NOTICE Mismatched transaxle assembly hardware and ECM (PCM) software combinations may result in a harsh shift or shift flare. If this occurs after the original repair, additional ECM (PCM) replacement and reprogramming will be required. This additional ECM (PCM) replacement and/or reprogramming is NOT covered under warranty. Use the information in this Service Bulletin to confirm that the correct ECM (PCM) hardware and software are used based on the transaxle assembly part number and serial number. |
| T-SB-0195-17 | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TSB: A battery in a stored vehicle is subject to conditions that can reduce its performance and life. These conditions include storage period, temperature, parasitic drain, and battery load. Because of these factors, battery inspection and maintenance are required in order to ensure proper operation and optimal battery life. As a matter of policy, Toyota does not provide battery warranty coverage for discharges and/or failed batteries due to lack of maintenance. It is the dealer's responsibility to maintain the specific State-Of-Charge (SOC) of the vehicle's battery while in stock and assure proper SOC at delivery. |
| T-SB-0192-17 | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. TIRES. TSB: During the manufacturing process, tires are mounted on the vehicle as matched sets to help reduce conditions such as pulling or drifting. If the wheels are replaced or refinished before vehicle delivery, it is important the tires remain on the vehicle in the same location and in the same direction of rotation. Refer to the following procedure to ensure that the original tires stay in the same location on the vehicle. |
