Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20220862022-02-24. Other. Issue: On certain vehicles, the radar sensor for the pre-collision system (PCS) may not work properly. As a result, the pre-collision system can't detect when there is another vehicle in front of your vehicle. This means that the collision warnings and braking assist will not work to help avoid a crash. Safety Risk: A pre-collision system that does not work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Toyota will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the radar sensor and re-initialize it, if necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
