A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

20080642008-02-22. Other. On certain school buses, the rear emergency exit exterior door handle may be severely weakened over time by corrosion. In the event of an emergency, a person on the outside of the bus may break the door handle trying to open the emergency exit, potentially delaying evacuation and increasing the risk of personal injury to the vehicle's occupants. Correction: Dealers will replace the aluminium handles with more robust versions.
20071042007-03-29. Seats And Restraints. Certain school buses equipped, at customer request, with passenger seatbelts, may suffer seatbelt failure. The edge of the metal seatbelt retainer strips may cause chafe damage to the belts. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if chafe damage is found, replace seatbelt assemblies. Seatbelt retainer strips will either be replaced or modified to prevent future chafing. Note: This action is deemed a product improvement campaign and is not being conducted under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
