Service bulletins for the 2014 Tesla Model S
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| DocumentationA | 2023-12-18. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. Tesla does not provide physical owner's manual copies. Instead, all available owner?s manual content is integrated into the vehicle software, and only the content relevant for a given vehicle, based on vehicle configuration and software version installed, is displayed on its touchscreen. This file contains all available owner?s manual content for 2012-2020 Model S vehicles converted to PDF format, and given the distribution method and NHTSA?s submission format requirements, it is the best available representative copy of owner?s manual content. However, a customer who accesses the owner?s manual via their vehicle?s touchscreen would only see the parts of this PDF file that are relevant to their vehicle. |

| SB-15-44-006 R2 | 2023-04-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. Some customers in Europe have vehicles with one charger, which limits the vehicle?s charging rate to 16 A when the vehicle is connected to a charging station capable of supplying more than 16 A single phase. The vehicle?s 3-phase charging capability is unaffected. |
| SB2139001R2 | 2022-05-31. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. Some versions of Model S and X front drive unit halfshafts might cause excessive vibrations during hard acceleration at higher ride height settings. This is exclusively an NVH issue and does not otherwise affect steering functionality, braking, or acceleration. |
| SB2139001R2 | 2022-02-28. Service bulletin. STEERING. Some versions of Model S and X front drive unit halfshafts might cause excessive vibrations during hard acceleration at higher ride height settings. This is exclusively an NVH issue and does not otherwise affect steering functionality, braking, or acceleration. |
| SB2139001R1 | 2021-11-08. Service bulletin. STEERING. Some versions of Model S and X front drive unit halfshafts might cause excessive vibrations during hard acceleration at higher ride height settings. This is exclusively an NVH issue and does not otherwise affect steering functionality, braking, or acceleration. |

| SB-20-21-002 R3 | 2021-02-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. For some Model S and Model X vehicles built before March 2018, an 8GB embedded MultiMediaCard (?8GB eMMC?) in the Media Control Unit (MCU) might malfunction due to accumulated wear. This could result in a blank or intermittently blank touchscreen, or an alert on the touchscreen indicating that a memory storage device has degraded and to contact Service. |
| SB-20-21-002 R2 | 2020-12-14. R2 updates first step of determine eligibility procedure. |
| SB-20-21-002 R1 | 2020-12-14. R1 updates determine eligibility procedure. |
| SB-20-21-002 | 2020-12-14. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. For some Model S and Model X vehicles built before March 2018, an 8GB embedded MultiMediaCard (?8GB eMMC?) in the Media Control Unit (MCU) might malfunction due to accumulated wear.
